Happy Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Image
Hi readers, Happy Christmas! It has been an amazing amount of time since I started this blog and I want to thank you for reading it, if you hadn't read it I wouldn't still be doing it. Today is Christmas eve and tomorrow is Christmas day and I know Bramble and Patches are looking forward to getting their presents. After the new year I will be showing and telling you what the piggies got for Christmas. After Christmas I'm planning to do a haul of piggie toys, treats and hides so I'll show  you those as well. Also it will be the piggies Birthdays in February and I will have had them a year in May and a guinea pig blog for a year in late May as well. Have a lovely Christmas and a Happy new year, Book Worm, Bramble and Patches :) :) :) "Yippie, it's almost Christmas" Wheeks Bramble. "Deck the garage in bows of holly,Wheek, wheek, wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeek" "I've had enough of wearing this hat."

Hi readers, I took some more photos of the piggies and I wanted to show you them. "I'm so pretty, o so pretty" squeaks patches. "I'm a little poof ball cute and cuddly" wheeks Bramble to the tune of I'm a little tea pot.   "Really?" Humphs Patches.   "Who me?" Asks Bramble.   Little Princess or should it be elf?   "I'm defiantly Santa's little helper"  "I've had enough now. Please can eat this hat" It is now only 2 months until the piggies turn 1 year old which is amazing. I hope you enjoyed seeing the piggies new Christmas photos, Book Worm :)

Daily guinea pig routine winter 2015

Hi readers, It has been ages since I did a daily guinea pig routine so I decided I would do one today. My guinea pigs have a pretty well set routine which means they get to expect things at different times of the day. Between 08:00 and 09:00 they get their first lot of veggies and fresh pellets if they need them and they get to go out in their hutch and/or run depending on the weather. If the weather isn't nice I just leave the light on in the garage. Around 11:00 or 12:00 I go out and check them and top up pellets and hay and have cuddles. Normally if they are out I put them away around 16:00 and do more top ups. Once a week I fully clean out their hutch and their cage in the garage. I also only put fresh water in their water bottles once a week because they don't drink that much. Sometimes they will get more veggies around midday if they have eaten all their breakfast. I hope you like this post, Book Worm:)
